transcript.getswitchhelp.com provides a free, browser-based utility that transcribes spoken English audio from user-uploaded video files (such as saved Instagram Reels in MP4, MOV, or WebM format). This version accepts saved video files from your device and does not support pasted URLs yet.
2. User Responsibility for Uploaded Media
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process any video file you select in your browser and for complying with applicable copyright laws and third-party terms when reusing generated transcripts.
3. No Warranty & Transcription Accuracy Disclaimer
Transcripts are generated automatically by an open-source automated speech recognition model (whisper-tiny.en) running on your device. Automated speech-to-text can mishear names, technical terms, accents, or speech over background music. Always review and verify the transcript before publishing or relying on it. The tool is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
